CLUB ADMISSION
Kindly note that there are no pre-sale tickets for club gigs and entry tickets are only sold on the night itself, unless otherwise stated. Patrons will be required to present a valid photo ID (with recent photo) for entry. All patrons are required to be in proper attire for club entry and admission is at Management’s discretion only. Please note Imperial has a strict dress code*. Entry to each outlet is subject to club capacity.
PHOTOGRAPHY
No professional photography / videography is allowed unless prior permission is given. We have in-house photographers and videographers for our club nights and events. All patrons entering Zouk Club KL agree to have their pictures taken, unless otherwise stated.

Zouk Club KL has three distinctive entrances. Each entrance has different entry charges and allows access to different venues.
ZOUK ENTRANCE: Access to Zouk Mainroom and Ace
PREMIUM ENTRANCE: Access to all venues
IMPERIAL ENTRANCE: Access to all venues TEMPORARILY CLOSED

DRESS CODE & MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
Dress Code: Smart Casual
No shorts, slippers, sandals, baggy clothes, religious headscarves/ hijab or athletic wear allowed for entry
Minimum entry age: 21 years old
Zouk Club KL reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual.

A valid Photo I.D.: Foreign or Local Passport, Malaysian Identity Card (I.C.)/ Driving License. All I.D. must be valid and only Original I.D’s are accepted

WHAT ITEMS ARE
PROHIBITED IN THE CLUB?
Zouk Club KL operates at a zero tolerance drugs policy. Any person entering the premises is liable to a search, any illegal substances found on any customer will be handed over to the authorities. We aim to provide a safe, enjoyable environment to all our customers. Those who cause trouble in the venue will be dealt by our trained security or banned.
We have a very strict policy against controlled substances and offensive weapons. Anyone caught using or distributing controlled substances or carrying offensive weapons will be detained and handed over to the authorities.
I LOST SOMETHING AT THE CLUB, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you lost an item in the club, kindly proceed to the Customer Service Counter at Imperial entrance and fill up the Lost & Found form immediately or call us at (weekdays 10AM-7PM) or email the details of the incident to , along with your contact details.
